Samantha Noga, mezzo-soprano, is a graduate from Illinois Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. Ms. Noga has held a private voice studio for students ranging in age and musical ability, in addition to having taught music for summer programs throughout the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. While at Wesleyan, she performed in several roles with the Opera Theatre Program, such as Arnalta in The Coronation of Poppea, Hansel in Hansel and Gretel, and Paula in The Hunters. In addition to opera, Ms. Noga has given three classical recitals, sang as a jazz soloist for the university’s Jazz Lab Band, performed with multiple choral and theatre ensembles, and sings professionally for wedding ceremonies, church services, and other events. Besides performing, she was also the Music Director and Arranger for Silence Interrupted, the premier co-ed a cappella group at Wesleyan, as well as the Alto Section Leader for Illinois Wesleyan University’s Chamber Singers and Collegiate Choir, which tours annually across the country.
