Maggie Spanuello
Maggie Spanuello is a graduate of Carthage College with a BA in musical theatre and political science. Her favorite roles include Domina (A Funny Thing…Forum), Katisha (The Mikado), Dolly Levi (Hello, Dolly!), Rose Alvarez (Bye Bye Birdie), and Mama Euralie (Once on This Island). Her training includes musical theatre and classical voice instruction (Mezzo Soprano) from Corinne Ness, advanced acting and dance instruction, and piano.
In addition to her teaching at The David Adler Music and Arts Center, Maggie also is a director and choreographer at Carthage College, Lake Forest Academy, and the Music Institute of Chicago. She has also traveled to both the Illinois High School Theatre Festival and to Edwardsville, Illinois to present workshops on vocal techniques, dramatic interpretation, and movement.
