Mee Ying received a Bachelor of Music from Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio and a Master of Music from University of Akron as well as Suzuki training from the Registered Teacher Trainers of the Suzuki Association of the Americas. She earned a Certificate from the Associate Royal School of Music in London for Grades 1-8, along with an Advanced Certificate from Trinity College, London. One of Mee Ying’s students was awarded the Plaque for the Highest Scorer in Theory from the Royal School of Music in London. Several of her students have participated in a Young Artist’s Competition in Colorado. Mee Ying is an active member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas and a member of Mu Phi Epsilon.
