Piano– 4+; suggested 6+ or once the student can read. Adult learners also welcome.

Parent Policy:

All parents are welcome for the first lesson. Piano parents welcome at subsequent lessons to facilitate practice at home. No voice parents after first lessons, please.

Materials Needed:

All necessary books and music can be purchased from me.

Piano– Must have access to a piano or keyboard for daily practice.

Voice– Bring water. Students may wish to record lessons to facilitate daily practice.


Molly Bunder began piano lessons at age 7, and has studied with Jane Wilson, MTNA, and Dr. Emily Yap Chua, DMA, Randolph-Macon Woman’s College. In the UK, she studied voice under Annette Wilson, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and with Ros Steen and Nadine George of the Voice Studio International (Glasgow and London). She has a Master’s in Classical and Contemporary Text from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. Before moving to Chicago, she taught private piano lessons and drama classes in Scotland, where she worked with students from age 4 to 64! She has taught Musical Theatre, Acting, and Improv at Camp Adler, and she is a member of the Acting Company at Filament Theatre Ensemble, Chicago.
